We make the tool we wanted when we were the ones chasing rent.

Lintelford started in 2018 with four flats, a spreadsheet and a folder of photos of broken boilers. Every month ended with a weekend spent turning the spreadsheet into statements.

We built the thing that did it for us, then for a friend's agency, then for theirs. It still does one job: keep the rent, the repairs and the owners' statements straight for anybody who looks after other people's homes.

We are a small team and we answer support ourselves. You pay per property each month, and that is the whole of our business model.
